Order Processing and Shipping Timeline:

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the details below to understand our order processing and shipping timeline:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
  • Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches, and sales events.
  • There will be an exception if our system flags an invalid address. If this occurs, our customer service team will email you to confirm your shipping address. We will place your order on hold for 48 hours to allow time for correction.
  • Economy Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after the order has been processed. For a limited time we offer free shipping on all domestic orders (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95.

    Please note that we do not ship on U.S. holidays. These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays and holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your expected delivery date.

Once your order is in the possession of our selected shipping carriers, Oakwood & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We trust reputable carriers to handle the delivery of your orders, and they are solely responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of your items. If you are notified that your order was delivered but cannot locate the package, please note that Oakwood & Co. is not responsible for packages scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier. While we are not liable for the safety of your package during transit, please rest assured that we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.
