Return Policy

At Oakwood & Co., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

  • If you are unhappy with your Oakwood & Co. product, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided it meets our return policy guidelines. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot process a return if the product has been written in or used.
  • To start a return, email us your order number at hello@oakwoodandcompany.com for a return label. The return label expires after 7 days from the date it is generated, so be sure to ship the return before then, or we can no longer accept your return and provide a refund. Each returned item must contain all packaging pieces.
  • There is a $10 return shipping fee for returns, which will be deducted from the total refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products marked as final sale are not eligible for return. "Return To Sender" and "Refused" packages are not eligible for return. If you send a package back marked "Return To Sender" or "Refused," you will not receive a refund, and we cannot ship your product back to you. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Please note, you will need the original order number and the email address associated with the purchase. If you purchased the product or received it as a gift, the email associated with the purchase will receive the notification of the return being initiated and the refund once approved.

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@oakwoodandcompany.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the matter. Refunds are processed for damaged products after our inspection is finalized.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. This applies regardless of any free shipping offered that may have been applied to the original order. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
